Everyone’s Tomorrow

Join a University that is doing something about it

Like many other universities, we’ve played our part in tackling COVID-19 and we hope the threat will diminish with every vaccination given. Sadly, however, all the other problems that threaten both us and our world aren’t going to go away.

As one, our community is driven to deliver a better tomorrow for everyone and everything. Join us and you’ll become part of a caring community that lives, learns and thrives together with a single aim in common – to make the world a better place for us all.

Partnering for the planet

The University of Reading is one of the world’s leading centres for the study of the climate as well as having a long history in teacher training.

As part of our efforts to work with others to champion environmental sustainability through world-leading research and practical action we held a Climate Education Summit on 15 September, informed by the voices of young people, teachers, climate experts and many more. We are pioneering a nationwide plan for better climate education in schools and colleges, which will launch funding COP26.

Find out more about the Climate Education Summit and stay up to date following the launch of the action plan on 8 November
