We hope that our Virtual Open Days give you a flavour of our subjects, study and life at the University of Reading. The University makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date, however, it may be necessary for the University to make some changes to the information presented to you following the Virtual Open Day. These reasons may include, by way of example, operational and/or academic reasons, which reflect changes in practice or theory in an academic subject as a result of emerging research, but also if the UK Government introduces legislation and/or public health measures that require us to make changes to the way we usually provide any aspect of the University of Reading experience.
We have been and will be taking a number of steps to manage the impact that COVID-19 (Coronavirus) might have on students who will be joining us this autumn for 2021, but also in future years. We will continue to monitor changes to the external environment as they develop, and update our plans as appropriate in response to new developments and advice. Therefore, prospective students are advised that, prior to applying to study at the University, they should review and familiarise themselves with the most up-to-date information by visiting www.reading.ac.uk/ready-to-study, or by contacting us at www.reading.ac.uk/question.
